Our volunteers make life easier and more manageable for patients and their families. They create a personalised "Journey Planner & Organiser" for each patient, overseeing every aspect of care - physical, emotional and personal. This includes everything from managing treatment schedules, coordinating transport and handling paperwork, to supporting personal growth and wellness through tailored holistic therapies.
